We are now looking for Tools & Automation Engineer to join our organization. In this job role, you will do coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 2nd Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
What you will do
- Analyze operations processes to find gaps and bottlenecks and recommend the best work processes and propose supporting software solutions if needed.
- Collaborate with multiple units to achieve short-term and long-term operations excellence targets.
- Design, implement and deploy highly available and scalable cloud-based solutions to fulfill the managed services operations business needs.
- Lead software and infrastructure management for the developed solutions.
- Act as a technical project manager in transformation roadmap projects
Required profile for job ad : Senior Tools and Automation You will bring
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies.
- Heavy hands-on experience in cloud development and management background.
- Deep knowledge of pub-sub, reactive microservices architecture and frameworks and Modern enterprise applications design patterns.
- Strong experience in DevOps and cloud observability stack (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Experience in front-end and backend development technologies (Java/python/nodejs/angular JS) cross-platform frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in bigdata solutions and heavy data transformation pipelines with document, SQL and NoSQL based data sources.
- Advanced understanding of webservices, CORBA, SNMP, AMQP, SMPP and other communication and integration protocols
