◦ Operation and maintenance of Uptime Tier 3 commercial Data Center with compliance to ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001. This includes the following DC physical infrastructure systems: MV and LV Switchgear, BMS, DCIM, HVAC, generators, electrical panels, UPS, ATS / STS, batteries, PDU, PFC, earthing, firefighting and fire alarms systems, data cabling, CCTV, and access control, intrusion systems, and leakage detection. ◦ Providing hands on facility support where required (e.g. installation of new equipment, decommissioning of equipment, replacement of faulty equipment, internal audits…etc.) ◦ Ownership of all Data Center changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end. ◦ Supervising monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventive maintenance procedures. ◦ Manage, update and compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested by the client, and ensure adherence to contracted deliverables including SLA’s and KPI’s. ◦ Develop a complete, deep knowledge of the design intent, operational alternatives and contingency plans related to all Data Center systems. ◦ Reviewing incident reports, documenting periodic trend summaries, and providing updates and recommended actions to management. ◦ Manage and coordinate with vendors to resolve any incidents during emergencies. ◦ Adherence to change, availability, capacity and incident management policies.

◦ Electrical systems design and preparing calculations reports for the distribution system including lighting; Small power; Earthing; Lightning; MV switchgear; Distributors; BOQ; Sizing of transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, STS, power panels, busbars and busways, and cables. ◦ Voltage drop, short circuit and harmonics calculations, and power system protection design. ◦ Rooftop photovoltaic panels and solar water pumping system design. ◦ Working according to international standards and regulations such as IEC, IEEE, British Standard, NFPA...etc. ◦ Prepare electrical equipment specifications, technical requirements, and datasheets. ◦ Prepare electrical load list and analysis. ◦ Create and revise one-line diagrams and schematic diagrams. ◦ Develop electrical plot plan and layouts. ◦ Coordinate electrical designs with other related departments.

◦ Installing, programming and maintenance of National Instruments (Embedded Vision System) and (myDAQ) using LabView software. ◦ Dealing with various control systems as a PLC and SCADA systems (HMI) programmer, and supervising new instruments and sensor installations.
