Responsible for all company departments -Leading the Sales team to achieve the annual company sales objective in collaboration with the line sales managers and aligned with the marketing team - Following the marketing team to achieve the annual objectives and market share as well integration with the dermatology KOL to increase the market share of BBI Brands as well launching the new brands - Following the Supply Chain Dept. to avoid any stock rupture of any of the company brands aligned with the Purchasing Dept. - Following the Training Dept. to guarantee the conduction of all required training programs for the new comers as well achieving the annual training and development plan for the current team - Following the production facility to achieve the annual production plans of the goods as well the Free Medical Samples through Quarterly, Monthly production meeting as well weekly follow up reports - Regular meeting with the HR dept. to facilitate and fulfilling the vacant positions in the current team as well finalizing all training process - Weekly meeting with the financial Dept. to follow the cash flow situation to cover all required activities ( Production, Marketing, Payroll, Company Debts , Ect.
